The Property has been owned by the Carloni family for generations. Over the years it has been transformed from an old tobacco drier into the Home of the Family. Later the passion for travelling and  hospitality made the dream come true: the Home rebirthed as a charming Boutique resort, run with passion and love.

Umbria International Airport – 14 km. It is directly connected to London Stansted/Heathrow, Barcelona, Vienna, Rotterdam, Bruxelles and Malta.

Assisi train station – 1,7 km.
